Position Title: Appointment Setter
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Scaleup Connect is recruiting on behalf of a fast-expanding organization operating in the global eCommerce space. The company supports international brands across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay by providing operational management, performance optimization, and digital growth solutions.

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Appointment Setter who will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, presenting our services, and arranging qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is essential in building the initial connection between potential clients and the company.

Core Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and professional online channels.
• Present the company’s eCommerce and digital growth services in a clear and professional manner.
• Assess client requirements, business needs, and potential fit for our services.
• Arrange and confirm meetings or product demonstrations with the sales team.
• Record all interactions, updates, and meeting details accurately within the CRM system.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain engagement and ensure scheduled appointments are attended.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance outreach effectiveness and improve conversion outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Up to 1 year of experience in appointment setting, sales support, tele-sales, or client communication roles.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills are essential.
• Confident communicator with a professional and persuasive approach.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and schedules.
• Experience using CRM software or similar tools will be considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evening/night hours to support international markets.
