Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Appointment Setter for a full-time remote position. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and assisting in lead generation efforts. The Appointment Setter will also be tasked with maintaining a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service while building rapport with clients and ensuring a smooth appointment scheduling process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and organizing calendars effectively
• Strong Lead Generation skills to identify potential clients and initiate meaningful conversations
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and interact with clients professionally
• Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering exceptional responses
• Ability to efficiently manage time and handle multiple tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and scheduling software is a plus

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
