Delve Health is a U.S.-based clinical research technology and services company helping pharma, biotech, CROs, and medical device companies keep patients engaged, compliant, and retained throughout clinical studies.
We support research teams through a combination of concierge patient support, electronic clinical outcome assessments, wearable data collection, and patient compliance and retention technology.
Our work helps clinical trial teams reduce dropout risk, improve patient follow-up, collect cleaner data, and support patients between study visits.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Setter / Appointment Setter based in Egypt to help Delve Health connect with potential clients in the clinical research industry.
This is an outbound sales role. Your main responsibility will be to identify the right people, start conversations, and book qualified meetings for our commercial team.
You will reach out to decision-makers at pharma companies, biotech companies, CROs, medical device companies, and clinical research organizations. These prospects may be running studies where patient compliance, retention, eCOA, wearable data collection, or concierge support are important.
This is not a closing role. Your job is to create opportunities by getting the right people interested enough to take a meeting.
This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, confident on the phone, organized, coachable, and comfortable with outbound outreach. You should be someone who can handle rejection, stay consistent, and keep improving every week.

Compensation
This is a full-time role with a fixed monthly compensation plus performance-based upside.
Compensation will depend on experience, English fluency, and sales background.
High-performing setters may have the opportunity to grow into larger sales, business development, or client-facing roles over time.
Working Hours
This role will support a U.S.-based commercial team. Candidates should be comfortable working hours that overlap with U.S. business hours.
Specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month
