Appointment Setter

Delve Health is a U.S.-based clinical research technology and services company helping pharma, biotech, CROs, and medical device companies keep patients engaged, compliant, and retained throughout clinical studies.

We support research teams through a combination of concierge patient support, electronic clinical outcome assessments, wearable data collection, and patient compliance and retention technology.

Our work helps clinical trial teams reduce dropout risk, improve patient follow-up, collect cleaner data, and support patients between study visits.

We are a lean, fast-moving company with real clients, a growing pipeline, and a clear mission: help clinical trials run better by making sure patients are supported throughout the study journey.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Setter / Appointment Setter based in Egypt to help Delve Health connect with potential clients in the clinical research industry.

This is an outbound sales role. Your main responsibility will be to identify the right people, start conversations, and book qualified meetings for our commercial team.

You will reach out to decision-makers at pharma companies, biotech companies, CROs, medical device companies, and clinical research organizations. These prospects may be running studies where patient compliance, retention, eCOA, wearable data collection, or concierge support are important.

This is not a closing role. Your job is to create opportunities by getting the right people interested enough to take a meeting.

This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, confident on the phone, organized, coachable, and comfortable with outbound outreach. You should be someone who can handle rejection, stay consistent, and keep improving every week.

What You Will Do

  • Make outbound calls to targeted prospects in pharma, biotech, CRO, medical device, and clinical research companies
  • Send professional follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for Delve Health’s commercial team
  • Research target companies and contacts before outreach
  • Help identify prospects who may need patient compliance, retention, eCOA, wearable data, or concierge support solutions
  • Follow outreach scripts while still sounding natural and conversational
  • Keep call notes, email activity, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes organized in HubSpot or another CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects who show interest but are not ready to meet immediately
  • Work with Delve Health leadership to improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategy
  • Represent Delve Health professionally in every call, email, and message

  • You help create real sales pipeline for Delve Health

What We Are Looking For

  • Based in Egypt
  • Fluent English required
  • Strong spoken communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Confident, professional, and coachable
  • Organized and able to manage follow-ups without letting things slip
  • Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
  • Able to work with a U.S.-based team and communicate clearly
  • Motivated to learn sales, healthcare, and clinical research
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, sales development, telemarketing, call center work, business development, or customer support is preferred
  • Experience working with U.S., European, or international clients is a plus
  • Healthcare, pharma, clinical research, or medical background is a plus, but not required

Compensation

This is a full-time role with a fixed monthly compensation plus performance-based upside.

Compensation will depend on experience, English fluency, and sales background.

High-performing setters may have the opportunity to grow into larger sales, business development, or client-facing roles over time.

Working Hours

This role will support a U.S.-based commercial team. Candidates should be comfortable working hours that overlap with U.S. business hours.

Specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month
