We are looking for a professional and customer-focused appointment setter to support our dealership's service department. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers through phone, text, and email interactions. This role focuses on customer engagement, appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact service customers regarding maintenance needs, service opportunities, and appointment scheduling.
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, text, and email.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and assist in scheduling service appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership communication standards.
- Build customer trust and encourage service visits through a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Previous customer service experience required; sales or appointment-setting experience preferred.
- Confident speaking with customers and building relationships over the phone.
- Strong organizational and data-entry skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.
Pay: Rs106,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per hour
