Appointment Setter (Remote – U.S. Only)

About the Role

We’re hiring a high-performance Appointment Setter to help us connect with real estate brokerages, teams, and agents across the U.S.

This is a remote, outbound calling role focused on generating and booking qualified appointments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to real estate agents, teams, and brokerages
• Starting conversations and building quick rapport
• Handling objections and staying persistent
• Booking qualified appointments for our team
• Following a structured script while bringing your own personality

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with 100+ calls per day
• High level of initiative and follow-through
• Ability to stay consistent despite rejection
• Coachable and open to feedback

Bonus (not required):

• Experience in real estate
• Experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with base + bonuses.

Most setters who are consistent and coachable earn between $4,000–$5,000/month, with higher earning potential as you improve.

Top performers have the potential to exceed this range.
