Approvals Coordination Engineer - Renovation & Structural

Role Summary

Haifa RENOV8 is hiring a Coordination Engineer to manage authority and structural approvals for major renovation projects.

This role ensures design intent, structural safety, and authority compliance move together—without delays, rework, or site disruptions.

You will directly handle approvals with Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and Trakhees, coordinating closely with design, structural consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end authority approvals (architectural, structural, MEP) for villa and apartment renovations.
• Coordinate structural approvals for major renovation works (wall removals, slab openings, extensions, layout changes).
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and internal teams to address comments and secure timely approvals.
• Maintain approval trackers, submission logs, and approved-drawing controls.
• Ensure site execution strictly follows approved authority and structural drawings.

Must-Have Criteria

• 3–5+ years experience in Dubai authority approvals for renovation or fit-out projects.
• Direct working experience with Emaar, Nakheel, DDA, and/or Trakhees.
• Hands-on exposure to structural approvals for major renovation works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong coordination, follow-up discipline, and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-driven environments.

Good to Have

• Experience with design-build contractors.
• Understanding of site execution sequencing.
• Familiarity with Dubai master-developer community guidelines.
