Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UPDA/MMUP classification and have a strong portfolio in architectural design and project management, from concept development through to construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual and detailed architectural designs in line with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and field measurements.
• Manage projects across all phases, from design development to construction documentation and final delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation required for building permits and liaise with local authorities.
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
• Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and approval committees.
• Supervise construction works to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings.
• Update and revise designs based on client feedback or changes during project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Valid UPDA/MMUP classification (Grade A, B, or C) in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and international standards.
• Proficiency in architectural design tools and BIM software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):

• Experience with government or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent in project management.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
