Job Title: Architect

Location: Gurgaon

Industry: Construction / Commercial/ Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
• Prepare layout plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure design integration.
• Conduct site visits to review construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials and finishes for design feasibility.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Prepare and present project proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Proven experience as an Architect (2–5 years preferred).
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
