Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (in-hand)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution, with a strong understanding of building layouts, planning, and construction processes. You will be responsible for designing and developing architectural solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and presentations for residential and commercial projects
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop design concepts
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Oversee project development from concept through execution, including site supervision when required
• Provide technical support and documentation during construction phases
• Review and coordinate designs with engineering and other disciplines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and detailing
