About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative and technical skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate client requirements into innovative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Prepare 2D and 3D design presentations, renders, and working drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety norms, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and vendor teams throughout project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality standards.
• Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting timelines and maintaining design quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture, real estate, or interior design firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, and MS Office.
• Strong sense of design, detailing, and spatial planning.
• Excellent communication, visualization, and presentation skills.
