Job Title: Architect

Location: Ludhiana

Experience Required: 6–8 years (preferably in Hospitality / Hotel Projects & International Client Handling)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings for commercial and mall projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, interior), and vendors to ensure design and technical coordination.
• Participate in concept development, design presentations, and material finalization.
• Ensure compliance with building by-laws, NBC, fire norms, and local authority regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, design execution, and quality standards.
• Manage and review consultant drawings, BOQs, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Support senior management in project planning, budgeting, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with leasing, marketing, and facility teams to incorporate functional and aesthetic design needs of commercial spaces.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or luxury projects is mandatory.
• Strong background in dealing with international clients and multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM workflow is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently for project-related requirements.
• Strong problem-solving attitude, client handling ability, and detail-oriented approach.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
