Architect

Citadel HMC is seeking a UAE experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will support architectural projects through accurate technical drawings, 3D modeling, and coordination with design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and technical drawings using CAD software
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations
• Perform basic material and design calculations as required
• Support projects from concept development through completion
• Regulatory Authority Coordination (Coordinate with DM for planning, building permit, and completion approvals.)
• Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) policies and safe work practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D design
• DM License
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills (native Arabic & English Mandatory)
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering/ Architecture
