Architect

Razbar Project Management is seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to support our real estate development and investment portfolio. The role involves concept design, authority coordination, design development, and execution support across residential and mixed-use projects in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, local authority experience, and the ability to work closely with developers, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings
• Develop architectural plans in line with project feasibility, FAR/GFA, and zoning regulations
• Review and coordinate designs with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants
• Ensure designs align with developer vision, budget, and market positioning

Authority Approvals

• Prepare and submit drawings to Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, and other authorities
• Coordinate revisions and respond to authority comments until final approval
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, fire & life safety regulations

Project Coordination

• Support project execution during construction phase
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is implemented correctly
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors on design clarifications

Value Engineering & Optimization

• Assist in design optimization and value engineering
• Propose layout improvements to enhance saleability and efficiency
• Support cost control through smart design solutions
