Architect Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect Designer (Mid-Level) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects, with the ability to translate concepts into high-quality drawings and models.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university

or

• Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Assistantship with relevant professional experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong expertise in 2D Modeling & Design
• Hands-on experience in 3D Modeling & Design
• Excellent knowledge of Layout Planning and Layout Drawings
• Proven experience in Residential and Commercial projects
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and space planning
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in architectural design
• Hands-on involvement in residential and commercial building projects
• Experience in preparing working drawings, layout plans, and design coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD
• Develop 3D models and design visualizations as per project requirements
• Create layout planning and layout drawings for residential and commercial spaces
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
• Support design development from concept to execution
• Ensure compliance with design standards and project specifications

Additional Requirement

Own conveyance is mandatory to visit multiple construction sites as per project needs.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
