Project Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project proposals in close coordination with the Senior Architect, translating client requirements, design guidelines, and specifications into strong architectural concepts.
• Prepare space planning layouts and preliminary design schemes.
• Revise and refine designs and drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Produce architectural drawings, 3D models, and high-quality presentation materials.
• Assist in the preparation of tender and construction documentation packages.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong skills in conceptual design, planning, and design development.
• Solid knowledge of current industry trends, building technologies, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in BIM methodologies and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Effective team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
