Job Summary:

Ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in enterprise software architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development, along with emerging AI and automation technologies. Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement architectural best practices, resolve scalability challenges, and integrate AI-driven capabilities into modern SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the architectural vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy.

Design and evolve scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise systems leveraging microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures.

Lead adoption of AI/ML-based components within applications, including intelligent automation, recommendation systems, and agentic frameworks.

Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, vector databases, AI orchestration tools) and define integration strategies where relevant.

Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, improve resiliency, and optimize system design.

Maintain living documentation of architecture decisions, design standards, and

reusable frameworks.

Conduct technical workshops and mentoring sessions to elevate team capability in scalable system and AI architectural design.

Oversee code reviews, security assessments, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Partner with product and data science teams to define data pipelines, model integration points, and AI governance standards.

Participate in project planning, resource estimation, and technical risk assessments.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence across teams.

Manage and mentor developers, setting goals, conducting appraisals, and tracking progress on deliverables.

Implement and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring system

consistency and reusability across products.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

10+ years of hands-on software development and software architecture experience.

Proven expertise in Java, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and modern web frameworks.

Solid understanding of microservices, monolithic, and serverless architectural patterns.

Experience designing cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with strong CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).

Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, PostgreSQL pgvector) and AI agents or orchestration frameworks.

Working knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline architectures for AI integration.
