Architect wanted with high raise building experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architect with proven expertise in high-rise building design and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design coordination, and site supervision of multi-storey and tall building projects, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural concepts for high-rise and multi-storey buildings
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and façade consultants
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and authority approvals
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and design changes
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained
• Address technical issues and provide design solutions during construction
• Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure quality, safety, and sustainability standards are met

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience, with strong high-rise building project exposure
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
• Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methods and materials
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience in GCC high-rise projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design and green building standards
• Site supervision and project coordination experience
