Architectural Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and supporting project execution in coordination with engineers, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural design concepts and presentations based on project requirements
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and elevations
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines
• Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations and standards
• Assist in preparing submissions for approvals and permits
• Revise drawings and designs based on feedback from clients and management
• Conduct site visits when required to ensure design implementation aligns with plans
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Knowledge of local authority regulations (e.g., UAE standards)
• Familiarity with 3D visualization and rendering tools (Lumion, 3ds Max, etc.)
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
