Roles and Responsibilities

Review and develop architectural designs, layouts, and construction drawings in alignment with project specifications.

Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, and other engineering disciplines for design integration.

Ensure compliance with local authority codes, building regulations, and international standards.

Prepare and review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation.

Conduct site inspections to ensure architectural works are executed as per design and quality standards.

Support project teams during the tendering phase with BOQs, specifications, and design clarifications.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Provide innovative and sustainable design solutions for infrastructure and building works.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.

Prepare progress reports and ensure proper documentation of architectural activities.
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or civil.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience as an Architectural Engineer in infrastructure, civil, or general contracting projects.

Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and building codes.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, etc.).

Familiarity with sustainable and innovative building design practices.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced project environment.
