Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Metal Technician to fabricate, assemble, and install architectural metal works including structural and decorative components used in building projects. The role involves working on façade systems, aluminum structures, stainless steel elements, and custom metal installations at both workshop and site levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install architectural metal components as per approved shop drawings.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication details.
• Carry out site installation of metal works such as:
• Handrails and balustrades
• Staircases and steel structures
• Cladding support frames
• Gates, canopies, and decorative metal works
• Perform cutting, drilling, grinding, and fitting operations.
• Assist welders and fabricators during assembly and installation works.
• Ensure alignment, leveling, and high-quality finishing of installed works.
• Conduct site measurements and adjustments when required.
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in architectural metal or steel works.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Experience in fabrication and site installation.
• Knowledge of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Skilled in using hand tools and fabrication equipment.
• GCC/UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Basic welding knowledge (MIG / TIG / ARC).
• Experience in façade and aluminum systems.
• Good finishing and detailing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
