About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area leader to oversee field operations, resource coordination, and service delivery within a designated geographic area. This role ensures operational excellence, team performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards

What you will do:

• Lead and manage field teams to meet service KPIs and operational targets
• Coordinate daily activities including preventive and corrective maintenance
• Monitor resource allocation, shift planning, and task execution
• Ensure adherence to EHS policies and operational procedures
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and site-level decisions
• Support implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies
• Track performance metrics and report regularly to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, quality, planning)
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.

The skills you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in field operations or team leadership
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and team coordination abilities
• Familiarity with telecom infrastructure and maintenance workflows
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools
