Area Manager for Rawalpindi

Eligibility Criteria:

· Graduate from a university recognised by HEC

· Minimum 1-2 year of experience in marketing

· Demonstrated ability to lead;

· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

· Must have strong work ethics and self- starter approach

Key Responsibilities:

Following will be the key responsibilities of Area Managers:

· The Area Manager shall visit different public and private schools to market the books and resource materials of Superstar: The Group of Publishers, Lahore.

· He/She shall collect data from schools in his/her area of operations/marketing.

· He/She shall prepare a report on daily basis and communicate it to his/her immediate reporting authority.

· He/She shall meet the targets allocated to him/her on yearly basis.

· He/she shall follow the Employees’ Code of Conduct defined as per HR Policies of the company.

Benefits:

· A handsome salary package starting from Rs.50,000

· Salaries shall be varied and revised on the basis of his/her performance/outcome

· TADAs shall be allocated separately

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
