Area People & Culture Associate

TTWF is looking for an Area P&C Associate in, Gadap and Gulshan e Hadeed areas who will be able to:

• Coordinate with HQ P&C to plan and execute pre-launch and post-launch outreach activities.
• Initiate selection processes for field associates involved in outreach activities.
• Coordinate On boarding process for new field associates.
• Assist in Conducting technical or skill-based training sessions for new hires.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of required documents to HQ P&C.
• Collecting employee account details for payroll processing and ensuring timely and accurate.
• Track record of attendance and leaves of all field employees.
• Provide Support to Coordinate with Cluster Officers and Area Managers to update monthly performance & attendance.
• Conduct Exit Interviews for resigned field staff.
• Facilitate Training Needs Assessments and periodic training sessions for facilitators and field staff.
• Conduct school visits to observe facilitators and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and coach Cluster Officers to ensure effective performance.
