Area Sales Executive Footwear

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and untapped markets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and product launches effectively.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
  • Provide after-sales service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM (if applicable).

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute trade marketing activities.
  • Provide feedback from the field to management regarding product performance and competitor strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
