Area sales Manager

SAIGE Electric Bikes is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales and expand our dealership network in Lahore and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the electric bike industry, strong connections with local dealers, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify and onboard new dealers and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor dealer performance and gather market insights.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve dealer queries promptly.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
• Represent SAIGE Electric Bikes professionally to promote our brand and products.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience in the electric bike industry.
• Strong knowledge of key electric bike dealers in Lahore and surrounding areas.
• Proven ability to develop new dealerships and consistently meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
