Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Balewadi, Pune
Face to face interviews only
Experience: 3 years at least

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your sales team for peak performance.
  • Build partnerships with channel partners, system integrators, and dealers.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and end-users to expand market presence.
  • Conduct field visits, product presentations, and live demos to showcase solutions.
  • Stay ahead of competitors by monitoring market trends and proposing innovative strategies.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with marketing, logistics, and technical support teams.
  • Champion new-age digital & wireless security products across your region.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills in English (fluency in Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, or Bengali is a big plus!).
  • A natural leader with team management and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of security solutions and smart home automation.
  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BSc, BTech preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is a bonus.
  • Proven track record in channel sales and regional business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
