Ctc- up to-10 Lpa (depends on interview)

Job Responsibilities

1. Distributor Appointment & Channel Development

  • Identify and appoint new distributors in key markets to strengthen distribution network and market reach.
  • Evaluate distributor capabilities based on infrastructure, financial strength, and market influence.
  • Ensure timely on boarding, agreement execution, and adherence to company policies and commercial terms.
  • Monitor distributor performance regularly to ensure consistent supply, sales, and stock management.

2. Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers / Territory Sales Executives across the region.
  • Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for team members aligned with regional objectives.
  • Conduct regular field visits with team to coach, monitor performance, and drive market execution.
  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and motivation within the sales team.

3. Sales Planning & Target Achievement

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Monitor primary (distributor billing) and secondary (retail off take) sales across territories.
  • An alyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and drive growth in underperforming areas.
  • Implement trade promotions, schemes, and seasonal campaigns effectively through the team and distributors.

4. Market Execution & Visibility

  • Ensure high availability, visibility, and freshness of beverage products across general trade, modern trade, and HoReCa channels.
  • Work closely with distributors to manage route plans, beat coverage, and outlet servicing frequency.
  • Ensure proper execution of point-of-sale (POS) materials, signage, branding, and refrigerator deployment as per company norms.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Generate and share accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence with Regional Sales Manager.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) for order fulfilment, scheme settlements, and market support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of trade and team issues to maintain smooth operations.

6. Compliance & Cost Control

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and market operating procedures.
  • Monitor distributor claims, aging, and outstanding dues to maintain financial discipline.
  • Control trade spends, promotional budgets, and operating expenses in line with AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
