Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of field sales executives across Shivamogga and nearby areas to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, companies, and institutions within the region.
- Plan and implement area-specific sales strategies to drive consistent growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular field visits to support the team and assess market opportunities.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Ensure accurate reporting and proper data management of sales activities and pipeline.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reviews for the region.
- Oversee timely payment collections and manage outstanding dues effectively.
- Represent the company in the region, building brand reputation and client trust.
Skills Needed :
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management, preferably in B2B or field sales.
- Strong ability to guide, mentor, and motivate field teams to achieve results.
- Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
- Highly competitive, target-driven, and focused on achieving business objectives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and handling sales reports and data.
- Deep understanding of regional market trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of area performance.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license for frequent field travel.
