Area Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding market presence in the technology sector. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a team to ensure the growth and success of
Gigabyte’s product portfolio
across these regions.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned location.

Monitor and evaluate regional sales performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Identify growth opportunities and proactively pursue new business channels and key accounts.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, resellers, retail partners, and end-users.

Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and by addressing their queries or concerns promptly.

Provide continuous product knowledge to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about
Gigabyte’s product offerings
.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the technology space.

Analyze customer feedback and market demands to adjust sales strategies and improve product positioning.

Prepare detailed market reports and sales forecasts to guide business strategy.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets and KPIs.

Prepare and present detailed sales reports, highlighting achievements, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Use CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and lead conversions.

Brand Promotion & Product Advocacy:

Represent
Gigabyte Technology
at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand visibility.

Coordinate with the marketing team to support regional promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns.

Drive awareness of
Gigabyte’s products
through customer presentations, product demos, and marketing materials.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and timely delivery of products.

Collaborate with the logistics and support teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:

Address and resolve any challenges related to sales operations, customer issues, or internal processes.

Ensure efficient coordination between the sales team and other departments to resolve conflicts and optimize sales operations.
Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:
-
B.E. or B.Tech is mandatory
-
Experience:

4+ years of experience in
sales management
or
business development
, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role in the
technology or IT industry
.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Must be local from the location and should have area knowledge.
