Area Sales Manager

Shiliguri, India

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Area Sales Manager to manage and grow relationships with hotel owners and managers across assigned regions. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales calls, generating leads, managing orders, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with hotel owners/managers in the assigned area
  • Regularly communicate with clients via phone and maintain strong business rapport
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
  • Take orders over calls and prepare quotations as per client requirements
  • Resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Sincere, reliable, and responsible
  • Hardworking and goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills (English or Hindi)
  • Good with basic calculations and quotations
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially in hospitality, is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
