Job Title: AI Business Partner
Job Summary
We are looking for an
AI Business Partner
based in Egypt to lead the localization and internal enablement of AI applications across the organization. This role focuses on
training internal teams
,
enabling business functions through AI
, and
exploring opportunities to commercialize internal AI knowledge
. Rather than a technical R&D role, this position emphasizes practical application, workflow enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration, particularly in marketing and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Capability Building & Internal Training
-
Design and deliver engaging AI training programs tailored to different departments and skill levels
-
Continuously improve training content based on feedback, adoption data, and evolving tools
-
Develop and manage incentive programs to drive AI adoption within teams
-
Track progress of capability development and internal tool usage
-
Explore and support the commercialization of internal AI training materials
2. Business Enablement Through AI
-
Identify use cases where AI can improve workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies
-
Collaborate with business and marketing teams to embed AI into existing processes
-
Support the implementation of AI-driven automation and personalization tools
-
Evaluate and report on the business impact of AI initiatives
3. Innovation, Localization & Knowledge Sharing
-
Monitor global AI trends and assess their relevance to the local business environment

Organize and lead AI innovation workshops to foster creative application of tools
-
Build and maintain an internal AI case study library for cross-team learning
-
Act as a liaison between local teams and headquarters to ensure strategic alignment
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in
Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Educational Technology, Marketing Technology
, or a related field

Strong interest in AI applications with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms

Excellent command of
English
(spoken and written); able to work effectively in global, cross-cultural teams

Prior experience in
education, internet, or technology sectors
with knowledge of digital transformation

Hands-on experience with
AI tools and platforms
, especially large language models (LLMs)

Proven project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
-
Understanding of the
Middle Eastern market
and its cultural/business landscape

Experience in
training, education, or capability development programs
