Asset Manager (2 nos)

• Asset Manager will cover complete Asset Management Services for entire Client network comprising of Buildings, Branches, Warehouse, Offsite ATMs and Accommodation movable assets. The scope of Asset Management needs to covers Asset Tagging, Relocation and Verification, Annual Audit and Disposals with proper Memo. Application to be maintained with proper location mapping and layout. RFID Barcodes feasibility to be checked and supported by the software. Approvals required for any Asset Relocation/Transfer to be accommodated in application via layer approval approach.
• Asset Manager will carry out a complete Annual Audit of the Entire Assets and submit the final Inventory report to Client Representative.
• All New Assets should be tagged and details captured and uploaded within 24 hours of the acceptance of the Asset inside the Bank. All New Assets should be supported by delivery note/ invoice and an LPO.
• All Relocations must have an Asset Relocation form which has to be supported by a reference/email from the requestor. All evidences for the move should be captured and assets moved have to be updated in the system within 72 hours of the move with the ARF to be completely signed (Three working days).
• A database with picture for each assets needs to be maintained by the team.
• Only candidates immediately available in Qatar and having a QID with NOC for visa transfer to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
