NOOR AL AMANAT DOCUMENTS CLEARING SERVICES LLC is looking for a B.Com graduate with basic accounting knowledge who can handle accounting tasks as well as overall office administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices and process returns
  • Rectify invoice discrepancies
  • Handle invoice tracking and follow-ups
  • Process returns and issue credit notes
  • Maintain proper accounting and office records
  • Manage daily administrative and office tasks
  • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams
  • Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence
  • Perform multi-tasking duties as required by management

Requirements:

  • B.Com graduate (mandatory)
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
