Assistant Administration & Accounts Officer

Job Description:

1. To get engaged in Performance Management System
2. To self-assess and take initiative for own capacity building
3. To contribute as team member by accomplishing related results as needed.
4. To discuss all hurdles, ambiguities and daily work progress before leaving daily.
5. To compose letters, minutes of meeting etc. in Urdu and English and keep the record.
6. To maintain records like emails, phone, personal contacts etc. and store data in relevant directories.
7. To maintain the files and lists of department and keep the concerned departments up to date.
8. To perform according to laid down procedures/direction of supervisor for record keeping, dispatch & receipt ,handling mail etc.
9. To communicate through regional and other offices for keeping office up-to-date
with required information and report.
10. To maintain the office equipment including all stationary, computers, UPS, printers,printer papers and all related accessories and keep these in working order and up to date.
11. To maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipates needed supplies, place and expedites orders for supplies and verify receipts.
12. Any task assigned by the management.

Age: 25 - 40 years.

Qualification: minimum BS Hons.

Experience: Minimum 2 years.

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 8 hours / day

Job type: Day scholar.

Skills required:

1. Knowledge of proper handling and maintenance of office equipment.

2. Ability to efficiently manage workload and handle all queries or technical questions.

3. Good written and verbal communication skills for clear correspondence and reporting.

4. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and strong knowledge of database management systems.

5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), In-Page, Internet, and Email for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
