Assistant Business Development Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

· Develop Monthly leads in report and share with the management.

· Finding and developing new markets through identification and effective representation of company to potential clients.

· Follow-up the potential clients on daily basis.

· Identify and develop database for upcoming projects in relevant fields.

· Coordinate meetings with the potential clients.

· Monitor online trends and engage with the online community.

· Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.

· Represent the organization in public events, conferences, and meetings.

· Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts. Provide regular reports to management on business development outcomes.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth opportunities and assess market trends, competition, and customer needs.

· Identify and target new clients, cultivate leads, and secure new business contracts. This includes cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

· Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions to address them.

· Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to the client's needs, ensuring they align with the company's capabilities.

· Set ambitious revenue targets and work to achieve them by upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
