Job Description – Assistant Fit-Out Project Manager

Position Summary

Assistant Fit-Out Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects. The role involves monitoring daily site activities, coordinating with supervisors and engineers, ensuring deadlines are met, and preparing accurate project reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and execution of fit-out works.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, method statements, drawings, and related documents.
• Monitor daily site activities and progress; report challenges, delays, or risks to the Project Manager immediately.
• Collect daily updates and information from site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with engineers to resolve technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to supervisors.
• Ensure project deadlines and milestones are strictly followed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Support quality control, safety compliance, and site coordination activities.
• Assist in material tracking, site logistics, and coordination with vendors when required.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out or interior project execution.
• Basic understanding of drawings, specifications, and site execution processes.
• Experience in UAE projects is an added advantage.
