Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager based in Dubai. The role includes managing the daily operations of the food and beverage departments, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities involve overseeing food service, managing staff training and development, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and assisting with budgeting and cost control. The role requires active collaboration to optimize workflows and enhance guest experiences within the property.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with experience in resolving concerns effectively
  • Proficiency in Training and mentoring food and beverage team members
  • Experience with Budgeting and cost control to manage resources efficiently
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage management is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
