Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading organizational operations, strategic initiatives, and performance management under senior leadership guidance. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong academic background and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and execution of business strategies
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities
  • Ensure implementation of company policies and operational procedures
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational objectives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Prepare management reports and presentations.

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree (MBA or relevant Master’s) from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS)
  • No prior work experience required
  • Strong academic record and leadership mindset
