Chemical manufacturing company producing Specialty Chemical, Combustion Catalysts and Fuel Additives, for its optimizing performance while minimizing environmental footprint. Their products are widely used by heavy industries across their manufacturing & power generation processes.

Role Description

The role requires a blend of technical knowledge across Beneficiation & Pelletization processes, specific with iron ore to steel manufacturing. The incumbent will be instrumental in driving the sales and marketing of specialty chemicals in steel manufacturing sectors. Prior customer handling experience with techno-commercial expertise in the B2B Industrial Sales space.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for specialty chemicals tailored to the steel industry.
• Identify & pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients
• Deliver comprehensive technical presentations to clients, articulate product benefits & its applications
• Collaborate with R&D to align products with client feedback and market needs specific to the industry.
• Address client inquiries and provide extensive product support to enhance user experience.
• Monitor product performance in client applications, communicating progress and results to customers.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in iron-ore processes / steel production & QC. Strong network in steel sector, preferred
• Business development with techno-commercial expertise, preferred
• Proven project management and strategic planning capabilities
• Encourage a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement within the team
• Ability to manage senior & complex stakeholder relationships; problem-solving & leadership skills
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
