Role Objective:
To lead and drive business growth for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through effective team management, customer engagement, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Mobilize business for
Current Accounts and Savings Accounts

Drive
sales numbers and value
across assigned branches or regions.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor team members regularly.

Accompany team members on client visits, especially for key accounts.

Act as a single point of contact for team members regarding customer grievances.

Customer Engagement:
-
Organize lead generation activities to boost customer acquisition.
-
Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with bank standards.

Compliance & Documentation:
-
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with
KYC norms
as per RBI guidelines.
-
Validate account opening forms before submission to RPCs for processing.
Candidate Requirements:

Education:
MBA / Graduate
-
Experience:
Minimum 4–6 years in banking sales, preferably in CASA acquisition

Certifications:
Knowledge of Trinity, NR, and TPP (insurance) is preferred

Team Handling experience is mandatory.
