Group Sales Manager

Role Objective:

To lead and drive business growth for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through effective team management, customer engagement, and adherence to regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts .
  • Drive sales numbers and value across assigned branches or regions.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members regularly.
  • Accompany team members on client visits, especially for key accounts.
  • Act as a single point of contact for team members regarding customer grievances.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Organize lead generation activities to boost customer acquisition.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with bank standards.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC norms as per RBI guidelines.
  • Validate account opening forms before submission to RPCs for processing.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: MBA / Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in banking sales, preferably in CASA acquisition
  • Certifications: Knowledge of Trinity, NR, and TPP (insurance) is preferred
  • Team Handling experience is mandatory.
