About Us

Al Qaisi Group is a diversified organization with operations across Real Estate, Facility Management, and other sectors. We are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager with a strong background in the FM and Real Estate industries to support our expanding HR functions and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

Scope & General Purpose

The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. This role requires a candidate with solid knowledge of UAE labor law, HR best practices, and proven experience in facility management and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Relations

  • Assist in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and exit formalities.
  • Draft, review, and update employment contracts, offer letters, and policy-related communications.
  • Support performance appraisal processes, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure accurate employee records are maintained in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

VISA Issuance & Renewals

  • Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and work permit processing for employees.
  • Liaise with Immigration, Ministry of Labour, Health Authorities, Economic Department, Municipality, and other statutory bodies.
  • Monitor changes in labor and immigration laws and update management accordingly.

Compliance & HR Administration

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the group.
  • Handle confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain centralized databases for labor cards, residency visas, and legal documentation.
  • Support the preparation of End of Service benefits and ensure compliance during employee exits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with at least 2 years in FM and Real Estate sectors (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HR policies, and visa/immigration processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
