Job Title: HR Assistant

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will support the HR department in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and daily HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of HR activities across branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring Support:

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with branch heads
  • Maintain interview records and candidate databases
  • Follow up with selected candidates for joining
  • Assist in issuing offer letters & appointment letters

Employee Coordination:

  • Maintain employee records (personal files, documents, attendance)
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs
  • Address basic employee queries
  • Coordinate between employees and management

HR Documentation:

  • Prepare HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Relieving)
  • Maintain joining forms and KYC documents
  • Update employee master data regularly

Attendance & Payroll Support:

  • Track daily attendance and leaves
  • Assist payroll team by providing attendance & salary inputs
  • Maintain leave records

Reporting & MIS:

  • Prepare daily/weekly HR reports
  • Update recruitment status and manpower reports
  • Maintain branch-wise staff data

Compliance Support:

  • Assist in maintaining statutory compliance documents
  • Support audit and HR inspections

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential data
  • Freshers can apply

Experience:

0–2 years in HR / recruitment (preferred)
