Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Provide support in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle basic employee queries and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
