Assistant HSE Manager for UAE nationals (With Family Book)

Job Description:

To support the HSE function by analysing, structuring, and visualising HSE data to enable informed decisionmaking, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of safety performance across projects and business units. The role bridges HSE data analytics and visual communication, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable dashboards, reports, and visual insights for management, projects, and regional leadership.


HSE Data Analysis & Insights

  • Collect, validate, and analyse HSE data from multiple sources across projects and business units.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability of HSE data across projects and regions.
  • Analyse trends, patterns, and leading and lagging indicators related to safety performance, compliance, and risk exposure.
  • Support HSE teams in identifying risks, improvement opportunities, and performance insights through data analysis.

Dashboard Development & Visual Reporting

  • Develop clear, engaging dashboards and visual reports to communicate HSE performance to management and project teams.
  • Translate complex HSE datasets into intuitive charts, infographics, and visual summaries suitable for executive reporting.
  • Design visually engaging content including charts, infographics, presentations, and visual safety communications.

HSE Performance Reporting & Support

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc HSE performance reporting at project, business unit, and regional levels.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and leadership meetings.
  • Collaborate with HSE and operational teams to improve reporting processes and data visibility.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying insights from safety data analysis.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, HSE, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance management, preferably within construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Experience developing dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills including data modelling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in visual design and video editing software such as Blender, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
