The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving key performance indicators by growing the market share of Saint-Gobain Gyproc Drywall Systems across the Delhi NCR region. This includes developing strategic relationships with key accounts, project stakeholders, and influencers in the construction ecosystem. The candidate will lead initiatives to generate specifications, close sales, and promote Gyproc Drywalls as the preferred solution in modern interior construction.
Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with developers, architects, PMCs, and turnkey contractors to promote and specify
Gyproc Drywall Systems
in projects.

Forecast sales, build a robust project pipeline, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for drywall products.

Identify and convert new key accounts and projects in untapped territories.

Conduct product presentations, site trials, and technical engagements to drive product adoption.

Lead market development activities focused on Gyproc drywalls, including new applications, customer awareness, and loyalty programs.

Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and specifications to position Gyproc as the preferred solution.

Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring statutory compliance.

Act as a brand ambassador for Gyproc drywalls, enhancing brand presence through effective field engagement.
Qualifications

Education
: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred

Experience
: 4–8 years of sales and key account management experience in the
building materials industry

interior systems or drywall products
