Assistant Leasing Manager - (Emirati Nationals Only)

Roles & responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and showcase available units, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective tenants.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Screen potential tenants through background checks, financial assessments, and reference verification to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with the leasing manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates.
• Handle rent collection, manage arrears, and enforce lease terms to maintain financial stability.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including applications, leases, and tenant communications.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about rental rates, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
• Support the Leasing Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to leasing activities.
• Address and resolve tenant complaints and maintenance requests promptly and professionally to ensure tenant retention.

Desired candidate profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate leasing or property management, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse individuals.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve leasing targets.
• Sound knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in the UAE.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
• Possess a thorough understanding of all the RERA laws and government and legal regulations
• UAE Driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
