Assistant Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating the movement of vehicles, parts, and automotive supplies, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments of vehicles, spare parts, and automotive supplies.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, shipment status, and track transportation progress to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, dealerships, and internal departments to streamline logistics operations.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and reporting discrepancies or delays.
  • Support customs clearance, import/export compliance, and adherence to UAE transportation regulations.
  • Help optimize routes and transportation methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain databases and generate periodic reports on logistics activities.
  • Provide support in resolving logistics-related issues and customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations; automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UAE transportation and customs regulations is desirable.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
