Key Responsibilities

Training of community mobilizers to deliver a holistic self-care package, entrepreneurship, digital marketing and financial literacy and interpersonal communication.

* To provide orientation to newly recruited community mobilizers regarding basic health education and screening facilities.

* Assist in registrations and income generation of the community mobilizers through Baji Connect.

* Review and Prepare training modules for training of community mobilizers on areas defined by program.

* Provide onsite medical support at service delivery homes.

* Provide feedback to community mobilizers on key performance areas along with action plan on identified performance gaps.

* Ensure all community mobilisers reporting service data maintain quality standards -Monthly checks

* Develop and submit of workplans to Project Manager.

* Assist in creating referral linkages between community mobilisers and Companies' Clinics

* Manage reporting of Sitara Bajis and their work plans, field activities and timesheets on shared formats.

Requirements:

Education: LHV/MBBS/ Pharm D/Post Graduate Nurse from an accredited university/ Institute.

Experience:

For Doctors: House job and clinical experience of 1 year in a Gynae Unit

For Pharm D: One year experience in pharma quality and assurance

For BSN Nurses: 03 years of Clinical experience

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs124,000.00 per month
