Manager HSEQ

• Implement the client’s policies and procedures at the site.
• Give awareness about live areas to working labor before starting work at the site.
• Strictly follow the live area PTW system before working on live areas.
• Follow the LOTO system according to the grid in charge instruction.
• Conduct in-house training with workers and staff about behavior safety.
• Inspection of hand and power tools with tagging procedure as per HSE Plan.
• Prepare JSA according to work scope.
• Induction of new employees, visitors at the site.
• Develop a safe working environment at the site according to the EHS plan.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly HSE reports to the client.
• Ensure the company EHS policy at the site.
• Conduct planned & unplanned site visits to check the degree of implementation and audit to check the gauge with their HSE performance.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate HSE Trainings/ Meetings and Emergency Response Plans.
• Ensure all company employees follow safety procedures.
• Advise employees on safe work practices.
• Investigate accidents and environmental incidents.
• Coordinate HSE Audits/Inspections and ensure that instructions are followed to achieve audit objectives.
• Conduct weekly HSE meetings with all personnel.
• Developed and maintained strict PPE policies for employees.
• Ensure the activities are as per Environmental legal compliance.
• Promote the value of HSE by counseling and trainings.
• Provide support and actively participate for close out of HSE issues/observations.
• Identify potential hazards and discuss with site execution team for timely closure

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the grid, transmission, or construction industry.
• NEBOSH IGC certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills
