Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asst Manager Accounts & Finance to oversee and manage the financial health of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in odoo System
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flows, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and expense management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance management amd 1 year experience of odoo system.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in odoo accounting software or other software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
